ZeroSpams is run by IPBases, a software company in the United Arab Emirates. We build IP portfolio software for law firms, and websites for the firms we work with.
Where it started
A Dubai trademark firm we build for was receiving a steady stream of fake enquiries through its website, and very little information about the real ones. A message would arrive from "Ahmed" with a Gmail address, and nobody knew whether he was in Riyadh or Rotterdam, whether he'd found the firm on Google or through a referral, or whether it was 3 pm or 3 am where he was.
So we stopped the fake enquiries at the form, and added what the website already knew about each real visit to the email the firm received. The lawyers started replying faster, in the right language, and at a sensible hour for the client.
Other businesses asked for the same thing, installed on their own servers. ZeroSpams is how we offer it.
