Google Workspace business email setup
Google Workspace gives your team Gmail with your company address, plus shared calendars and documents. The sign-up takes minutes; setting it up so email is trusted and secure takes a few more steps.
The short answer
We set up Google Workspace for your business: verify your domain, create users and groups, configure the MX records and DKIM signing in the Google admin console, add SPF and DMARC, switch on two-step sign-in and security settings, and connect phones and computers. Moving existing email in is available as part of the job.
What’s included
- Domain verification and MX records for Gmail.
- Users and groups, including shared addresses such as info@ and sales@.
- DKIM signing switched on in the admin console, with SPF and DMARC.
- Security: two-step sign-in, admin roles, external-sender warnings.
- Devices: Gmail app, Outlook or Apple Mail where preferred.
- Migration of existing email, contacts and calendars (optional).
How we do it
- Sign up or take over your existing Workspace account.
- Verify the domain and set MX records.
- Authenticate: DKIM, SPF and DMARC.
- Create users, groups and security settings.
- Migrate and connect, then test.
The step most setups miss
Many Google Workspace accounts send email for years without DKIM, because it isn’t switched on by default for your domain. Without it, your emails can fail DMARC checks and land in spam, especially for bulk senders under Gmail’s rules [1]. We switch it on and verify it.
Common questions
What’s the difference between Gmail and Google Workspace?
Workspace is the business version: Gmail at your own domain, admin control over accounts, shared drives, and business support.
Can you move our email from another provider?
Yes. See business email migration.
Do you manage the subscription?
The subscription stays in your name, paid to Google. We set it up and can manage the admin side if you want.
