Professional business email setup
An email address at your own domain tells customers you’re an established business. Setting it up properly (the right provider, the right DNS records, security and devices) is what makes it reliable.
The short answer
We set up professional email at your domain: choosing the right service for your size and budget (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or a hosted mailbox), creating the accounts and shared addresses such as info@ and sales@, configuring DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and connecting every phone and computer.
What’s included
- Advice on the right provider for your team and budget.
- Accounts for each person, plus shared addresses (info@, sales@, accounts@) as groups or shared mailboxes.
- DNS records: MX, verification and the provider’s required records.
- Authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC from day one.
- Devices: phones, Outlook, Apple Mail and webmail set up for each user.
- Signatures in a consistent company format.
How we do it
- Agree the provider, the addresses and the number of users.
- Set up the service and verify your domain.
- Configure DNS and authentication.
- Create accounts, groups and signatures.
- Connect devices and test sending and receiving.
Choosing a provider
- Google Workspace: best if your team likes Gmail and works in the browser. See Google Workspace setup.
- Microsoft 365: best if you rely on Outlook, Word and Excel. See Microsoft 365 setup.
- Hosted mailboxes at your web host: the cheapest option for a few addresses, with fewer features.
Common questions
Can we keep using Gmail or Outlook with our company address?
Yes. With Google Workspace your company email is Gmail; with Microsoft 365 it’s Outlook.
How long does setup take?
For a small team, usually one to two days including device setup; DNS changes may take a few hours to take effect.
We already have a domain but no email. Is that enough?
Yes. We add email to your existing domain without affecting your website.
