Email deliverability and reputation monitoring
Deliverability problems rarely announce themselves. By the time a customer says "I never got your quote", the problem may have been there for weeks. Monitoring catches it early.
The short answer
Email monitoring watches the signals that predict delivery problems: blacklist listings, domain and IP reputation, DMARC reports showing failures or forgery, spam complaint rates and bounces. You get an alert when something changes and a short monthly summary, so problems are fixed before they cost you sales.
What’s included
- Blacklist monitoring for your domains and sending IP addresses, with alerts.
- Reputation tracking from Google Postmaster Tools and other provider tools where available.
- DMARC report monitoring: new senders, failures and forgery attempts.
- Complaint and bounce rates from your sending services.
- Record watching: alerts if your SPF, DKIM or DMARC records change or break.
- A monthly summary in plain words, and help when something needs fixing.
How we do it
- Set up access to the monitoring sources.
- Record a baseline of your normal reputation and volumes.
- Configure alerts for listings, record changes and spikes.
- Report monthly.
- Respond when an alert fires, with a fix or advice.
Why complaints matter
Gmail asks senders to keep reported spam below 0.1% and never reach 0.3%; above that, bulk senders lose access to its help with delivery problems until the rate stays below 0.3% for seven days [1]. Watching the rate lets you act on a bad campaign before it damages your domain.
Common questions
Is monitoring a subscription?
Monitoring is ongoing by nature, so it’s the one service we offer monthly or yearly. The setup is included.
What happens when an alert fires?
We tell you what happened, what it means, and what to do, and we can fix it at an agreed price.
Do we need monitoring if our email works today?
It’s most valuable exactly then: records get changed when new tools are added, and blacklistings happen without warning.
